This is a really easy solo that yeilds 275g in less than 10minutes definitely one you should do every week. Here is a link to my video which comes with a complete audio explanation of how to solo the fight.

While you are already in Naxx to solo this it could be worth while to solo the plague quarter too this will hand you about 1000g and should take no longer than an hour if your slow, I will post video guides to all those in time so keep checking back!.
